FORMS
The enrolment and payment form below are used for students enrolling in our Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounts Clerical) course. Enrolments in our short courses are completed by filling in the form at the bottom of the relevant course flyer. Before enrolling in the Certificate III course, please ensure you have read and understood a copy of our Student Handbook (available from our office - call 5941 4711 or e-mail admin@mpiece.com.au to have a copy posted to you).
