process it on our computers and provide you with all the reports and other
information you will need. We can even process your backlog of work and get you
up to date.
How does it work?
Step 1: Contact our office on

Ask any questions you have about the service, and make an initial appointment.
Step 2: Meet with one of
our friendly consultants to go over the service and how it will work for your
business.
Step 3: Use the
information provided to gather your paperwork. We'll explain what paperwork we
need from you before we can begin working on your file and what we'll need from
you each month after that.
Step 4: Once a month,
drop your paperwork off at our office.
Step 5: Kick back and
relax while your bookkeeper deals with the details!
How much does it cost?
There is an annual stationery fee of
$55.00 (which provides you with an Annual Financial Records Manager to give to
your accountant at the end of each financial year). All processing work is done
at a flat rate of $33.00 per hour.
